Orders
Placing an order
Add the piece in your size to the cart, then proceed to checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe — you will be redirected to a secure payment page to complete the order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Order confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email within minutes of placing your order. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Modifying or cancelling an order
Orders can be modified or cancelled within two hours of being placed. After this, the order enters our packing queue and we are unable to make changes. Write to hello@saintpolaire.com as soon as possible if you need to modify an order.

Destinations and timing
- European Union: 2–5 working days
- United Kingdom: 3–6 working days
- United States & Canada: 4–8 working days
- Rest of world: 6–12 working days
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout and is complimentary on all orders over $300. We ship via DHL Express and tracked national carriers, with full tracking provided by email.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union include all applicable VAT. Orders to other regions may be subject to local duties and taxes upon import, payable by the recipient. We declare the full retail value on all customs documents.
Sizing
Saint Polaire polos are cut with a relaxed, considered fit. We offer three sizes — Small, Medium and Large — with the following indicative measurements (taken from the garment, not the body):
Polo measurements
- Small — chest 104 cm, length 70 cm, shoulder 46 cm
- Medium — chest 110 cm, length 72 cm, shoulder 48 cm
- Large — chest 116 cm, length 74 cm, shoulder 50 cm
Between sizes?
Our pieces are cut with intentional ease. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller of the two for a more tailored line, or the larger for a more relaxed fit. Write to hello@saintpolaire.com for personal advice — we are happy to help.
Care
Made well, our pieces want to be cared for well. A short summary by category:
Cotton piqué polos
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
- Wash inside-out to protect the embroidery.
- Lay flat to dry — do not tumble dry.
- Iron on the reverse side if needed, on a low setting.
- Rest the polo for 24 hours between wears to allow the fibres to recover.
